All Nicaraguan Seamen who are unable to get (Nicaraguan Ministry Maritime Certificates) and wish to work on Maritime s Ships, should be careful with recently SCAMMED CERTIFICATES that is been handed by unknown irresponsible peoples, is better you spent a few money to travel to Panama or Honduras to request their Certificates.
By using these Scammed Certificates you will be contributing to illegal acts against maritime laws, and destroy all opportunity to Nicaraguan Seamen to get a job in the future on Maritime ships.
